Charlotte de Beauffort is the founder of WeLithe, a boutique firm specializing in executive search and talent strategy.
With over 21 years of professional experience, Charlotte has deep expertise in recruiting Board members, Chairs of the Board, CEOs, and senior leaders across sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, FMCG/Retail, or services. In addition executive search projects, she also manages Board effectiveness evaluations. Her focus spans Belgium and the EMEA region, working with a range of organizations, from private and public companies to non-profit entities and Private Equity-backed firms, covering both local and international scopes— from entrepreneurial ventures to large-cap corporations.
Before launching WeLithe, Charlotte worked at leading executive search firms, successfully managing recruitment projects that supported organizational growth and transformation. Earlier in her career, she worked in European development consulting, which gave her an insight into complex international projects in multicultural environments.
Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s in Languages and Literatures from the University of Louvain, and she completed an Executive MBA at Solvay Brussels School in 2018.
In addition, Charlotte serves on several boards, where she leverages her expertise in board effectiveness and governance.
