Charlotte de Beauffort is the founder of WeLithe. She has over 15 years of expertise in executive Search.
She focuses on Belgium with pan-European searches for manufacturing, FMCG, healthcare and logistics sectors. She assists with their growth and transformation strategies.
Prior to create WeLithe, Charlotte worked at Eric Salmon & Partners in Paris and Brussels from 2008 to 2019, and then at Ebbinge two years. She started her career in an European development consulting firm, Transtec, where she directly jumped into a multi-cultural environment.
Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Languages and Literatures from University of Louvain-La-Neuve, completed in 2018 with an Executive MBA from Solvay Brussels School.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children.
